Safety is foundational to our company. We believe that we have a moral and ethical responsibility to protect the wellbeing of our employees and clients. Our safety goals aren’t just about managing costs and lowering our OSHA recordable incidents; our safety goals are about protecting people. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and clients.
Safe behaviors underline everything we do at Tier One Aztec. We teach all our employees that no action is worth doing unless it is done safely. Our safety program is the most important aspect of our operations, and we instill this belief in each of our employees. All Tier One Aztec employees understand that they have the ability and responsibility to create safe environments wherever they go.
Through safety training, inspecting, and reporting we work to achieve our safety goal: zero injuries.
