Our Continuous Learning Initiative
Training is an ongoing process at Tier One Aztec. Our industry is always changing and continuous learning is an essential part of our company culture. Every cleaning team represents hundreds of hours of education and practical experience. The result is a workforce that is knowledgeable, consistent, and highly skilled.
Our employees receive both formal trainings and organic, informal education. Formal trainings occur upon hire, annually, and whenever an employee is preparing for a promotion or a new role. These trainings include modules that range from classroom education on safe practices and HR policies to one-on-one technical training. Informal training occurs onsite when there are any changes to service delivery or new industry practices to be shared.
