Tier One Property Services LLC was established in 2011. The Woodley Family Trust and Marsden Holding are equity stakeholders, with Woodley being the majority stakeholder.
Through our association with our majority equity stakeholder, the Woodley Family Trust, we also have a partnership with Woodley Building Services. Woodley Building Maintenance is a minority-owned business based in Kansas City, MO. Established in 1969, Woodley’s leadership team has over 100 years of combined experience in the building maintenance industry. Today, Woodley has a diversified book of business that spans from large to small accounts.
Our minority equity stakeholder, Marsden Holding, is one of the largest privately-owned security and facility service providers in the United States. Marsden is comprised of a family of operating companies who each maintain an outstanding reputation in the markets they serve. Marsden’s operating companies provide services throughout the United States, servicing over 300M square feet every day.
Acquisition
Aztec Facility Services
Tier One Aztec acquired Aztec Facility Services in 2016. Aztec has over 35 years of experience as a facility services provider, as well as an exceptional record of awards, honors, and recognition for business excellence and safety. The Houston Minority Supplier Development Council twice recognized Aztec as Supplier of the Year and Aztec was selected by the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA) as the Woman Owned Business of the year in 2016. After the acquisition, Aztec was also awarded the ExxonMobil Merit Award in 2018 for performance at the Joliet ExxonMobil account. And in both 2016 and 2018, Aztec was awarded the Diamond Award at ExxonMobil’s Contractor Safety Recognition Dinner.
